Message for Candidates

All Headhunters are recruiters.  But, not all recruiters are Headhunters.
I started my career in 1994, after gradutating from The University of Houston at age 23.  Over the past 20 years, I have placed, developed the careers or consulted with the new leaders of the oil & gas industry.  My past success has included developing entire management teams for start-up organizations, confidential management replacement, and identifying targeted technical expertise.
Over the years, the thousands of candidates that I have witness develop has taken the energy industry to new technical heights.  And, I am happy to have worked with them. 
 
Moving forward, there are new challenges that need to be undertaken.  There are new career objectives to be fulfilled.  My expertise is bringing together companies that offer advanced technical challenges with motivated technical experts.
 
In addition to the supporting of candidates through the recruiting process, we also offer accuracte and impartial advice on career advancement, job search advice, economic forecasting and relevant market analysis.
As is the nature of our business, we also understand that we may be approaching candidates who are not actively looking for a new role.  And, we fully respect candidates privacy when making this kind of approach.
